Yes, because your program generally won’t work unless you enroll all your high-balance credit card accounts. If you keep a card active outside of your program, creditors on your enrolled accounts may question your ability to pay, which could jeopardize negotiations on your enrolled debts.

If you have additional accounts with a balance of $500 or more that you want to stop using and add to your program, submit the documentation on your Client Portal or contact Customer Service.
